During this 3 hour livestream I will paint a portrait from photo reference using a direct method (alla prima, wet into wet, etc…).

The class will focus on organizing a palette based on the subject matter and applying paint in an efficient manner. We will be using only black, white, red and yellow to keep our choices limited but to make it easier to create harmony.

Photo reference will be provided for those that want to paint along. The chat will be monitored to allow for questions during the livestream. If you can’t make it to the live event a recording will be available after the session ends.
